Husband and Ex-Boyfriend Best Friends?

I don't feel awkward about this at all. But sometimes I feel old feelings coming back to me when I see him. Even though it was a long time ago I feel as if my ex and I have unfinished business because it was never an official break up. Years later we each have kids from our own partners. and get this his baby's mom and I have the same name. Coincidence or not I found that weird. Anyways, sometimes I feel as if he may have a little something for me too by the way I catch him looking at me when I hold his baby. Is it just me or is it that I just want him to feel something for me. What should I do?

i understand how you feel, 'been in the same situation and i'd say it would be best to avoid him before this gets anywhere... try to leave the unfinished business with your ex at that and move on. don't linger on that old feelings 'cause it will only screw you. just focus your attention to your family and you'll never get lost.

Don't act on it! Been there done that. Total disaster, you will ruin your life. Guilt, anxiety, etc. Even if your husband never finds out. Stay away from him, because sooner or later, it's going to happen and you guys are going to be on Maury.

You have an husband. There is NO reason you should be socializing with any EXs. Period. Focus on your own marriage if you want to have a happy one and don't be concerned with any EXs are doing.

First of all married people need to realize that they can not have
their mate as their best friend and their ex whatever as their best
friend also. The commitment is to the marriage and nothing or nobody
else, as this is a lot of causes of divorces. Anyone that still has
strong feelings for someone else outside the marriage, should
not be married, and if children are involved, if total commitment
to the husband/wife, and the children is done then there is no time
for anything else. Married over 22yrs now, my ex female friends are
just a memory and that's all as my now wife is my friend, companion,
lover, and anything else that no one else can be thought of in the
same way, and her feelings are the same to me, that is why we have
no issues of our others , used to be's, in our life since we have been
together, and until married couples feel the same as we do then
divorce will continue to occur.

He probably imagines you having his baby when you hold his baby, but o well things have changed and he just appreciates you for being sweet and hospitable.

oh hun you have to tell ur ex that you are feeling very unconfortable when hes there while ur husband is there. its not healthy when ur married and you are feeling the same way you use to feel when you was with your ex. tell your husband that you dont want him to be friends with ur ex, cause its bring back memories of you and him. if your husband understands that your wishes matter than he will do what you say if not hun then you will have to end it your self with your ex. i hoped i helped :)
