Woah! This isn't 1950! You are only 25! I'm 26 and I'm not married! Most people get married at closer to 30 now a days. At least they do in the area in which I live! You can have babies into your 40's!

Stop stressing out, and enjoy life! If you are freaking out guys will feel pressured when they meet you and that will frighten them away. Most 25 year old guys are not even really thinking about marriage at this point, and are definitely not thinking about kids!

If you are having a hard time meeting guys, get involved in your community, or take classes or join a club. You will meet other like minded people that way :-)

If you have the baby syndrome bad, get a pet for now, that way you will have a healthy outlet for your love, and a pet will fufil your need to be needed.

I asked a dirty looking, smelly, beer bellied, biker dude how in the world he ended up with a drop dead gorgeous blond bomb shell as a wife (sitting on the back of his Harley). Aside from the drugs he seems to have an endless supply of, he said he just asked all of the best of the best out. It wasn't a matter of selection but a matter of numbers. If YOU asked 30000 hunks out there is at least a small chance that one would decide that he is compatible with you. If a hunk isn't what you want but just someone with a job then that raises the chances to at least 100 out of 10000. Get out and find someone. Don't let a rejection stop you because once the one guy you've been waiting for shows up, you win!

I agree with the desperate part. First you have to be happy with who you are before you can make another person happy. Have faith sista. Focus on getting yourself together, do things that you enjoy, don't press so hard for it to happen. You will meet a man, you just have to make sure you are ready for it to happen. Right now I think you need to make yourself happy.

At least your not 13 and pregnant, without a boyfriend or a stable career or a house.

You have it so lucky, you have nothing to worry about!

Write down what you want in a boyfriend, and more importantly what you want in a father (once you have a baby it is your EVERYTHING and way more important than a boyfriend!)

Once you have your list, think of where you might find this person. Don't force it to happen, as far as you know you can find your true love by bumping into him on the street, or at Starbucks, or even at Mount Everest (I doubt the last one though, but you catch my drift, right?)

Just enjoy your life as it is. Be happy you're not in debt buying diapers and food and trips to the doctor, or that you're not arguing with a husband that's working too long hours, or having to be a single mom and do all the work yourself.

Be happy you're in the single life, that you can flirt with whoever you want and don't have to worry about jealousy...

Many partners meet each other when they're doing the things they love, so go travel, play sports, do whatever makes you happy and hope that you find someone else who's as happy as you are.

wanting a baby is the LAST reason to want a man. go to some orphanage or hospital intensive care and HOLD those babies! Don't ruin your life for this.

i know where you are coming from. to want the mate there is wonderful, to have someone to hold and to love. but take your time please. marriage is a life long thing. LIFE make sure you chose wisely. you are better off finding a good man in church than finding a good man in a club. take my advice please, you have nothing to lose but another day. and wait on having a child till after you marry. i was a single mother, and it was heart breaking to see the man i was with for 4 years walk out on his son. get married first. and make sure you want this for life.
