I agree that you should wear whatever you feel is comfortable. My mother wore ivory for her second wedding and looked stunning. I feel that ivory gowns tend to be more classic and elegant. i wish you the best! |

I'm having a similar dilemma I'm marrying in a register office and would really like to wear a traditional dress I'm 33 I've come to the conclusion that you wear whatever you will feel comfortable in ignore other peoples views and go with your gut instinct enjoy your day and I hope you have many years of happiness good luck |

why not white as all the brides in the world? it's the most beatiful and special, maybe you can add another colour too with the white, but still stay in the white (or pearl... something in the area) |

Wear whatever you feel comfortable in. If the wedding is going to be formal and big then you can wear a formal wedding gown in maybe cream or off white. If it's going to be casual then just get a simple but elegant gown. Doesn't matter what you wear, you are the bride and you are going to look great. |

Whatever you feel like. Ivory would be a traditional 2nd wedding color but if you want to go another color do it. |

Wear what you have dreamed of wearing, hopefully you are realistic with good taste and how you envisioned yourself to look is appropriate.
Go for it, enjoy it, age is irrelevant. |

I think all brides should wear white. In today's society even a first time bride is unfortunately not always "pure" in the sense of what wearing a white dress signifies with purity. So I don't think it is a faux pas at all. By all means wear white!!! Congratulations =) |

don't wear white if it's not your first marriage. and don't wear black either. wear something simple and classic; nothing gaudy. |

Don't know if you are a guy or a woman but if you are a woman, wear champagne or ivory. If you are a guy, find out what colour your intended is going to wear and wear something to compliment it. My husband has been married 4 times now and when he married me, he wore full highland dress - he is Scottish - because I wanted him to wear something nice so he felt as special as I wanted to feel. |

Depends on your height and the height of your bride
Stripes if you want to look taller and less fat
plain if you are thin but remember it is the shoes that matter clean
and expensive |
