Your status shouldn't be a problem unless you act stuck up or something. As long as you are humble and kind then there is someone out there for you. THere's nothing wrong with being a 25 year old virgin, and honestly that's your business. You don't have to tell anyone if you don't want to, although I personally would find that something to brag about. You are a very driven person, and I'm sure you will find love. As soon as you stop dwelling and focusing on the fact that you're not dating, and just do you, then the person you're meant to be with will find you. Good luck Girl. :-)

Oh, please don't put too much stock in what Ladyren had to say about finding an educated Black man, because she obviously gets all of her information on Blacks from the television! There are educated Black men who will treat you like a Queen and love you unconditionally, if that's what you want. If you choose to date outside of your race, then that is your prerogative, but don't write off African American men because society has portrayed them as criminals. Sorry about the tangent, but I felt that I had to defend and celebrate the African American's who are doing well for themselves, instead of highlighting those who are not, and using them as representatives for our entire race.

If I were 25 and single... you would be my ideal. I could not ask for a better person to date. I would recommend joining a local church... maybe the choir or small group for young adults. You will find someone there. And my prayers are with you.

When you make yourself available the guys should not only not be deterred, they will swarm! Do you have girlfriends you can confide in who can help you with issues? Just be careful with whom you invest yourself, you've waited this long so don't rush into anything (bed) with just anyone. The only problem I can think of is, when you do have a relationship, you may not have a sense of what is good or bad because you don't have any prior experience to compare it to.
