I am in love with a married woman> What should i do?

Dear all, You probably have heard this story a million time, but please bare with me here. The woman i am talking about works with me. I've learned she is married from the first time i met her. At that time, i did not even dare to think about getting close to her. she is so nice and friendly, and i enjoyed talking to her. I did not feel attracted to her at that time, but i have to admit that, she has a smokin hot body and a very sexy accent. Any ways, she start to get closer to me and tell me her own personal problems. Then she start talking about her problems with her husband. The way she layed it down for me is that, she has been treated really bad by her husband over the last 2 years. She explained to me how nice she was to him, but he is always very blunt with her, and gives her zero attention. I am a nice guy in nature and i felt bad for her. I started to give her some advice on how to deal with the stress as part of my experience in the medical field. Then things got really bad, and she left the house and got her own apartment. Her parents came over to support her, and i can tell that she was suffering alot. She started to call me and page me more often, and i tried to be nice to her without getting envolved. After she is separated from her husband, we start getting close to each other. AShe always seeked my help when she is stressed out, and that made her feel better. Then she start to get closer to me, and one day she came to my place crying. She told me that she needed to see me and talk to me. After talking, she huged me and then we start kissing. That day was a change point in the relationship. After that we start going out and making out every time. We haven't had sex yet, but we are so attracted to each other. When things got even worse, she filed for divorce and i know that she loved her husband alot. When her husband got the divorce papers, he contacted her and talked to her to go back. She has a 3 years old daughter from him, and she agreed to give him another chance for her little one sake. After going back to him, she kept contact with me, and she expressed how strong her feeling are for me, and even she kissed me passionatily after that. Now she lives with him, but without any emotional connection. She admitted that she is in love with me, but she has to stay with her husband for her daughter. Now i feel i am crazy about her. Can't stop thinking of her, and i told her to come with me with her daughter and marry me, but she is still hesitant. I don't know what should i do. Should i keep that relationship and wait to see if something happens and she will leaves her husband, or i should leave her for good? I really need you sincere advice. Thanks alot.
