You should wait until you are no longer married. |

get a divorce first or she will get photos of you with other women and take you for all you are worth. |

If your wife moved out six months ago and says she no longer loves you, then you should move on to divorce proceedings before dating again. Close the current chapter before opening a new can of worms. |

When you got married, you made a promise it was forever. I think you need to do your best to honor that promise, firstly by attempting to reconcile. If that is truly impossible get a divorce, but dont go out with another woman until the divorce has been granted. |

Have you had time to analyze things which you may have done or ways you acted that a change might influence a re-bonding with her? Is the marriage truly failed? I would say that if every avenue has been explored and nothing will work, only after the filing should you look. But even then you should take time to discover who you are alone.
Now if only I would have taken this same advice... ;) |

Hard to say. It's a personal choice. Though I would wait until the divorce is final. She could use it against you. The courts tend to favor women even if they are not the most just decisions. |

If I were in your situation, i would really just slow things down a bit, and try to figure out how you can fix your relationship with your wife. And dating other people is definatly NOT the way to go about doing that. I highly suggest talking to your wife about marriage counciling if you are both willing to work things out. If that would be to uncomfortable for you, I suggest talking to your wife about wife about your relationship's future, and how she feels about staying together, geting a divorce, etc. |

Truely need to wait til you are completely Divorced. You Gain NOTHING by ' dating ' another woman just because you don't have your wife by your side. |

i think you should go ahead and file for a divorce and clear things.Make sure you cut all ties with her. You also want to make sure you know the laws in your state, because she might just use(you dating) infidelity against you in court. |

if it is over I would get the divorce papers done and over with then start dating, you don't want her to hold anything over your head during the hearing it could mean a lot when it comes time to spliting the property you two have together. |

I'd ask her if she was really done and if so, you need to get a divorce and mingle elsewhere. |

if u still love ur wife then hold out a little longer...maybe shes going through a mid life crisis
if u dont then u should wait at least a year before seeing other women |

you should probably wait until your divorce is finalized before you go back to the dating scene... it does your morals good... |

I think you need to get divorced and get that out of the way first. So then you can get a fresh new start in finding the right woman who will love you always and forever. |

Either work on fixing it or get divorced. Most women aren't going to want to go for a guy that doesn't have the last chapter of his life cleaned up before starting a new one. |

You shouldn't date anyone until you're divorced. If you're on a "time out", you must be willing to work things out. Either end it and move on, or fix it...you can't have it both ways. Most women think men that are "seperated" and still dating are schmucks. |

You should start dating when you are divorced. |

Clear the air with your wife before you involve anyone else in your mess. Technically "baggage" |

You need to file for a legal separation and then start the divorce proceedings before you start dating. |

She is most liking dating right now, but I would wait till you get the divorce papers....that way things can be clear when she comes back and you dont have anyone else involved in your situation. |

You shouldn't date unless you want it to be over. I wouldn't blame you if you do, but you're the one who put "time out" instead of separated or getting divorced in your question. |

Research consistently shows that 2 to 3% of all children are the product of infidelity And most of these children are unknowingly raised by men who are not their biological fathers. DNA testing is finally making it easy for people to check the paternity of their children |

why are you not divorced yet? 6 months, she doesn't love you...what are you waiting for? Get out there and enjoy cowboy!
File papers. Move on. Find someone that does love you and enjoys your company. |
