Failure rates within the first few months of the procedure are less than 1% So it is possible to get pregnant. Also later on you can get pregnant (after recanalization of the vasa deferentia). While this is also very rare, there has been a few known cases.

But if you have reason to suspect that you cheated.. then you need to explore that.
