I can't stop eating. I constantly eat and have a problem controlling it. I can manage it in the morning for?

Drink more water and get out of the house more. Otherwise, within a few months, you'll need a forklift (not a car) to get you to work and back...

all i can say, do u think it could b a inner issue that u don't want to face? IF that isn't it,

R u eating correctly during the day? U stated u eat breakfast & lunch but what r u eating? U need to stop & exam what u'r eating.

IF u'r not eating mch, that could cause u to "pig out" @ nt. U need to make sure u'r having a healthy breakfast & not a "fast food" one as well as lunch time. Incorporate some greens during the day along w/ fruit, mayb try some snacks inbetween u'r meals... if poss... like cheese & crackers Or peanut butter & celery OR apple & cheese ..things like that. Drink lots of water & try to stay away from sugary substance esp. during the day. I know what u'r going thru.

I still do it & wonder y... sometimes, I find that I'm stressed, tired or not realizing i have things deep on my mind.

Yes, I have a similar problem with eating. I am depressed and so I eat more to full a void. I have recently, well in the last 5 years, found that taking supplements(too many to list) can reduce my food cravings. Maybe you need an antidepressant, some serious nutritional and vitamin therapy, and a bunch of exercise and sun light. I recommend that you go to a nutrition store, and get on a good protein supplement, and a potent multivitamin, and start there. You may crave more food because of a health problem like a thyroid condition. Get a doctor's check up, but most likely you are eating to feel better because your not being fulfilled some how. You may not be getting enough essential fatty acids from the foods you eat, so your body stays hungry- constantly craving those fats. Try a fish oil omega 3 supplement, and remember to eat those greens and fruits. Take me seriously, I am a nutritional encyclopedia, I do know my stuff. Good luck! Oh and ALWAYS be careful to exercise caution when taking new sups. watch for food allergies ect....

first of all this is in the wrong section...it is unlikely that it has anything to do with relationship...you are filling a void or you have an eating disorder...if you are eating becuase you are lonely then you need to find something else to fill your time.

My guess is you are using food to mask some other need - loneliness and boredom are the most common.
