In previous posts you tell us:
you are married
you are not married
your cat is pregnant
your cat is peeing all over the house
you need copious help with your algebra homework
Either you are a troll on the order of a bored Rain Man, or you are just as crazy as a rat in a tin sh*thouse.
Either way, it would be best for all of us if you would push away from the keyboard for a few days. |

Ya--- it seems really suspicious... i dont think a 18 year old should be between a married mans legs hugging him. |

If your friend is the type who would want to know, say nothing now, but keep your eyes open for other clues of inappropriate behavior. |

Be careful before you say anything, as it could backfire on you. If they lie, you might be accused of all sorts. Also, you may have read into something perfectly innocent...possibly.
Has your friend raised any concerns? If so, tell her what you saw. You have to exercise caution. Are you strong enough to face the possible consequences/guilt if your friend and her husband start rowing/split because of this? If he IS cheating on his wife, he can lie to her about what you said you saw.
Perhaps you can test the water and tell you friend you saw them hugging. If she wants more info - when/where/how, tell her (act reserved), but have it be her who asks you so that you feel a little less responsible.
A good friend in my eyes would tell you, but if you do, be strong. Be there for her whether you tell or not. I'm not telling you to by the way, only you can decide. But do so knowing the possible repercussions. Good luck and sorry you had to witness this. |

If you want to watch some entertaining fireworks, and probably end up having both of them hate you forever, then say something.
Or you could blackmail him for a couple hundred.
Or not say anything, and just know he's a cheating bastage. |

I misread the question, that's why I changed my answer.
The reality is that your friend probably isn't going to listen to what you have to say anyway.
At least when I've known for a fact a guy's girlfriend is cheating on him.......the guy never, ever beleives it. |

If you need to get involved to find peace for yourself say something. Otherwise have faith that things happen for a reason and have a way of working themselves out on their own. |

The age old question, to meddle into other people's lives or not. Look at what might happen. The wife confronts him, he's a Woody Allen type, he runs off and get hitched to the 18 year old bonbon. Or, the wife confronts him, the bonbon goes back to Latvia and the wife never trusts her husband again. I'm trying to think of a good result to you telling, and I can't. SO DON'T TELL. Besides, the wife could think that you are lying for some reason too. |

YES. say something to your friend...
if they jumped apart, that is pretty
suspicious. so yeah...say something
before anything else happens :/ |

Yes, they are guilty. Approach this man of honor. Tell him what you saw. Tell him he has exactly 24 hours to inform his wife, because you are calling her and telling her what you saw so she can take appropriate action. The wife deserves to know. If you keep quiet, you're just as guilty as they are. |

Well if you were your friends true friend, you'd tell. You would want your friend to do the same for you right?
BTW....the exchange student seems like a skank...no offense! |

I would say something...why would they move??? and she is an exchange student. contact someone. you may save alot of hurt! |

yes let him know that you saw him and that he should not be messing with that girl. and tell his wife that she may want to think about sending the student back or making other arrangements if she wants to have a marriage with her husband. GodBless |

I wouldn't say anything to your friend, but you might try to talk to the husband, if you are friends with him, too. Nothing acusatory, just mention to him what you saw, and allow him to tell you his side of it. If it is nothing, then ok. If it is something, maybe just that you noticed it will get him to straighten up. Either way, I think that is all you should do. |

yes that does sound suspicious i would tell your friend what you had seen, i would like someone to tell me! tell her to keep an eye on there behaviour before she confronts them both. |
|

it's too late now to say anything to the friend's husband...you should have said something like "did I break up something" when you saw them or at the very least said "hello" in a loud voice (and waved) to call their attention to your seeing them....then report it to the wife so she could monitor the situation, confront him and the exchange student and remove the student if it were necessary. |

Seems a bit suspicious, yes. But, IMO, unless you and your friend are very close friends, you should just stay out of it.
Otherwise, how's it going to sound? "Bonnie, I saw your husband hugging Ana...when I shut my car door they jumped. I think he might be cheating on you!". Of course, it sounds a bit silly. |
|

Jelise

Give him the option of telling his wife first. If he does not then you have to tell her. |

I would have gone into the house and told your friend right then and there in front of both of them. Wouldn't you want to know? |

Nosey neighbour mean anything to you!!!
A glimpse? you need more than that as proof! |
|

yes - whether it was innocent or not innocent - if he is without guilt he can explain to his wife - if they have something to hide because they were acting inappropriately then the wife should be told exactly what you saw and let her question him to give him the opportunity to explain. |
