There's a suicide hot line number in every phone book and if you can't find it, call information (411) and ask them - they might even connect you directly. You need to sort out your problems and attitudes and see that you really have opportunities you haven't appreciated yet in your life. There's a lot ahead that will be good if you accept help and take the time to consider the insights you get from sharing your troubles. Good luck! Life is definitely worth living.
At the very least, speak to your personal physician - he may be able to find out if there's a physiological reason for your depression! |
