Hey. My mom and her partner are planning to move into a 2 bed terrace that he alrady owns, in which will accommodate five people all week. I don't want this, but I want somewhere I can call my own space, not occupied by other people. She won't listen to what I'm saying because she says it's 'all about her for once', and I know she's doing it to please and keep him. I was brought up in a large renovated farmhouse, and I have been used to space, but I hate having none of my own. What should I do? I'm only sixteen, and I haven't been able to find information on moving out anywhere.. Can you help me please? x

your mum looked after you for 16 years and am sure she needs some fun right..
let her if thats what make her happy.
your 16..you could go out with your friends or somthing..run in the park..
oh and i know its hard ..when theres too much people..talk to your mum about this..and try and find a nice place for you guys..but i dont think you will easily find one.. or persuade her to stay in the normal place.

You are 16, and until you are 18 and able to financially support yourself, then you have to do what mom says. Does dad still live on a farm? If so, go live with him. But, this is one of those times where you get to practice being a grown up. Decisions are made every day that affect us. We don't like them, but we make the best of them and go on without complaining about it. |
