Only get married if it is something you both believe should happen, just because you have the set doesn't mean you should get married, you two are aready stuck together for life, why would you need to have it documented? The only thing that would need to be on documentation is the birth certificate in case the relationship doesnt work out for child support issues.

Yes, your bond will be Official and legal, their are great benefits to being married, you wont regret it especially if you both love each other and wont to be together until death. Do it. If you don't know you love each other don't get married because it may end in divorce.

My personal opinion is that yes you should. We are suppose to teach our children and be the best role models in their lives. We should start by showing them we are committed and not afraid of a piece of paper. Like I said , just my opinion.

Well it depends on how you feel. If you feel like it's time for you two to get married and if you both are ready than I don't see what the hold up is. I'm very bias on this subject though because of my beliefs but if I was in your shoes I would most likely get married. If you are two are living together that should mean you guys can stand to be around each other for a long time. Would marriage change anything? It would be nice for the relationship to be sealed with marriage. I suggest pre-marital couseling if you have doubts. It's also depends on if you can see yourself with this man for the REST of your life....

No. for me as long as you enjoy being that way, so thats it, for me its just only a piece of paper, sorry i may sound that weired but now a days, even married couples dont lasts.So as long as you respect and love one another, and the responsibility to look into the future of your child,so be it.Good luck.

no need at all to get married trust after a few years together also with a baby the true light will shine in and u will see so many things different like what were u thinking when u got with him anyway for..there going to be problems just like in anyone relationship just that when u start thinking about getting married it real ruff...a baby should never be the reason. stay together but wait and think long and hard about this...good luck..

I think so. I am the same, but planning to get married this year.

We are getting married because we want to show how committed we are to each other. I am tired of calling him my boyfriend when he's clearly so much more. I've had many boyfriends, but he's the only one I want to stay with for the rest of my life.

There are legal reasons you may want to get married- he can be your legal next of kin. If you are not married he is not recognised legally to make imprtant decisions for you if you are incapacitated. Also he would have to pay inheritance tax on anything you leave him if you die and vice versa, rather than your estate passing to him.
