Well for one thing, I'm absolutely positive you're wife would love receiving foot massages from you. But if that doesn't float your boat, you can either get a Massage Therapy or a Cosmetology license in a year tops (under a year if you work hard and have enough free time). From there with a Massage Therapy license you can specialize in foot massage or with a cosmetology license, different salons offer massages and you could work as that as a small part time job. Get paid to do what you love!
(Also some cosmetology schools offer full scholarships so you won't have to pay a dime)
