we've been legally separated for a year and a half . She was very nasty when we split . But I still find her very physically attractive , she phoned tonight asking if I may have found her i pod in the kids swimming bag , as we share custody , and I asked if she just wanted to call me .

She's an ex for a reason, and let me remind you that not all relationships are healthy for us nor should they all last a lifetime. Of course there's gonna be an attraction there, the two of you had a relationship at one time. That attraction and chemistry doesn't just go away, but you are an adult and must realize that sometimes you need to move on. Something caused the two of you to go your separate ways. Your relationship has run its course, and now the two of you are in a place where you can once again be kind to each other and put the children's best interests first. Things sound like they are going well, don't mess things up for the sake of your children. Starting a casual s-- relationship is not worth the risk. When there are kids involved its not fair to be showing them that you are still affectionate with each other, all you will do is bring everything up all over again and confuse them. And dotn say you will do it discreetly- cus kids know these things, they sense something is different and you WILL get caught out.
