I need advice from married men please...asking too much?

Short background is that my husband and I were in separate states for a while and whatever happened he slept with a few women while we were not with each other everyday.

My first question is...
Once I found out what happened (way after the fact), and he assured me it was in the past and he wanted to move forward with me, I requested that he include pictures of me on his MySpace page (he is in music and has a name and a heavy traffic page) --since he already had pics of our daughter on there.

My thoughts were that if that stuff was past and we were doing good now he should want to show me off just like he does his daughter, plus as an added bonus any old girls looking him up to say "hi" might get the hint.

TRYING TO KEEP THIS SHORT!!
So he said he understood how I felt and wanted to put the pics up if it would make me feel good...6 months later...he still didnt do it and now when I bring it up he gets mad and calls me insecure and controlling.

Am I somehow asking too much now? Did I do something wrong by expecting him to follow through?

It makes me suspious that he feels so strongly now that he SHOULDNT put me on his page b/c im being controlling...Can I expect him to understand my feelings and want to do what it takes to make me feel good about this?

I'm a reasonable girl....

its not about people seeing me for "exposure" I'm not a limelight kinda girl--actualy keep to myself and pretty shy...

I think you are being very reasonable....
sounds like he doesn't want anyone knowing he is in a relationship.....I would be very suss and want to know it is such a big deal not having you up there... when someone loves someone thye like to show the world their love ( thta's how I feel )

If I was you I will be very careful.....

try and hack into his account and do some snooping......

I'm a married man and would post pics of my wife. I think that he likes the idea of all these girls seeing his page and getting excited. You should demand exposure, especially since he's given you reason NOT to trust him. It's not a question of control, it's a question of trust. I wouldn't trust him either. I really hope it works out for you.

so that the "high traffic" people see you and go "ooo, who's that???" and maybe get some exposure???

just let it drop... it really isn't worth the hassle... you don't like what he does, divorce him...
