I need any reason anyone has been denied for a divorce or alimony.
in other words, you filed for divorce or alimony and you were denied. Why?

Never heard absolutely anyone being denied a divorce.
Alimony is denied a lot especially if the other person is working, but you can leave it open and make the x pay $1.00 a year in case down the road you become unemployed or can not work.
Ask your lawyer about that. |

Can't think of reason for being denied for a divorce. There are no-fault, making something up, and a lot of reasons you can use to get one. As for alimony, not too many states do that anymore unless you have not worked during your marriage. |
