I need some tips on how to be healthier in four ways: Spiritually, emotionally, physically and mentally!?

So I believe that if you take care of two of these four, then the other two will fall in line.

First, spiritually. If you believe in God, then try to work on your relationship with Him. Join a church, get connected, and involved in activities through the church.

Physically, you could join a gym, or just exercise by yourself. Start out doing push-ups, sit-ups and leg lifts. and either walking or running. Each two weeks try to set a goal of working out at least four times a week, and after the two weeks, increase the repetitions and distance. If you want to bulk up and put on weight, then do some basic weight lifting exercises. You can buy weights, dumbells and such, or you can just pick up bricks or other heavy objects.

Find a friend to hang out with. Someone that shares your common values, ideas and similar interests.

Hang in there, some people might look like they have it all together on the outside, but inside they suffer just like you.
