I know I am, but I feel like ranting about it to someone. My boyfriend of 3 years, so yes we were totally happy and committed, is testing cpr in his cpr class today. So obviously he is going to be testing on a girl.. and, I know its ridiculous, but I am a little bothered. What if this girl is prettier then me? *sigh*. Am I overreacting a little bit?

Wow people are mean on here?... And do they really, lol, my bf must be messing with me. Whatever, I am super gullible.
As for my age, I'm 19 and why shouldn't I be in a relationship? I think any girl probably would have been at least a little bothered? Whatever. We've been together 3 years, and have never cheated on each other, honestly? That's more then half of you can say.

I am CPR certified. I renew this certification EVERY YEAR because I need it for my job (working with children.)
They test on a CPR dummy, not on another person. You cannot test CPR correctly on another person, because the chest compressions can actually crack or break ribs. Also, forcing air into someone else's lungs is not a good idea if they don't need it. Hence, they test on dummies and not humans.
There are likely to be other women in his class, but who cares? Honestly, there are women everywhere and it would be crazy to worry every time he will be around one. I can understand you worrying if he were putting his lips on another women, but no worries -- it's dummies. :) |
