My friend and I go back to when I was like 13 and I'm in my twenties now. Same for my husband. She's never met my husband, ever. Because when she met my ex fiance, she ended up going out with him while we were engaged.
So, my friend and I don't live in the same state anymore but we still talk. She's constantly sending me messages saying things like that my husband is stupid for joining the army, or if he goes to work all night (they do get CQ) that he's cheating. >.< He's never cheated on me in the years we've been together.
She never has anything good to say about him and I have no idea why he's a great guy.She does other weird things too. Like she'll try to basically convince me that I'm depressed when I'm not. It'll go like this:
"hon you look sad"
"I'm not sad I feel fine"
"no you look sad trust me.. I know you"
"ok..."
She does this with everything, my job, my kids, my marriage, my career, every single detail and even if I'm happy she tries to tear me down and be like "oh i hope you don't lose your job for _______ cause it could happen"
..........................so, does it sound like she is or is it just me?? Why would she do this?!

I know some people that have said the same things like "you look sad" and the other person is perfectly content. The people I know that drop hints and bash (for no reason) have usually had affairs. I'd end the friendship with this woman because she is trouble. She must be very jealous of you and your family. |

Get rid of her! it's hard to do, but I had a friend like that and all that made her act that way was jealousy.
I stopped replying to messages, and used the excuse that I was busy with my kids - I only answered a call every 3-4 weeks and kept it short - eventually she moved on and got new friends, so I only hear from her every 2-3 months which is fine..
it is ALL JEALOUSY - there are many women out there that do this, because they want you to be leading their life. She clearly has no respect for you because she stole your fiancee. I would never have spoken to her again after that! |

She sounds jealous. And a pessimist.
Some people like to build themselves up by pulling others down to their level. They dont like people around them to be happy, if they themselves are not.
You'd do well to cut her out of your life. After all, she has already shown you that she cant be trusted (by cheating with your fiance). |

just my opinion, but your friend doesn't sound like much of a friend......sounds like she wants what you got and if she can't have it, then you shouldn't have it either
lose the friend, or risk losing your relationship with your husband
or
keep the friend as a 'phone' friend only
