Not unless you go to court and show them the marriage information. They keep taking it regardless.
Honestly though if you are married, they will just mail it back to your house so it really shouldn't matter if it isn't stopped right away, you'll get it back. |

Yes, but there are other ways to go about it, like saying that you have the child half time. This is a dumb reason to get married, will never last unless you have true love(hard to come by) |
