My wife and I got married last year with the intentions to live together. Condition were if I could get a job in the state she lives in. I've tried and haven't been successful. As we all know the job market and economy is shitty now. I was willing to make the sacrafice for the family and leave my job for 4 yrs and move if I could have found a job. We have 2 daughter's that lives with her that I have be providing financial support for over the years.

She has a stable job that allow her to work form home and never have to be in the office. She is now backingout of moving with me up north and haveing made any attemp to consider it as we had agreed.

I don't think you can get it annulled. The sites I checked seemed accurate. I hope you try to work it out! Divorce is too easy and way to common!

Annulments can only be typically made in the first 6 months.

Probably not. You might just be stuck getting a divorce.

You can not if you have children!

The courts will settle the custody and support of the child before a divorce can be granted because the courts don't care about you guys..they want to make sure the child is protected.
