If you are about to get divorced - dealing with a mean person - and i want my children?

In a nutshell, I have been maried for over 10 years, I have 2 boys under 5 and my wife has been having an affair for the last year or so. in the last year she has been away for a total of 2 months with her boyfriend, I care for my boys 80% of the time, I take them to the Dr's to get there haircuts, all the normal stuff.
we are getting a divorce, i was putting our 2 year old to bed and she walks in and says <insert rude word here> YOU blah, she went off her rocker, this made my baby cry, i told her to get out and her reply was "Im not making it that easy for you, I am going to make your life a living hell" after i put the 2year old to bed i told her that we are selling the house.
she wants the kids 50-50 but she does nowhere near that now.
i can see how she has developed a hatred towards me purley as a result of her selfjustification for doing what she has done.
there is 2 sides to the story, and without a word of a lie, I have been supporting her with everything she has done, she has always worked fulltime (as have I), but she has studies part time and gotten other part time jobs, where i do all the cooking, cleaning, washing and grocerie shopping and look after the boys.
even when the boys are sick, she is out with her boyfriend and returns home at 1am, so there is the second side to the story.

and YES i want (need) the boys 100% - wether that will happen is another story.
if not how can i make her feel bad and leave? after all i tried to talk to her and she let me know that she intends to make my life a living hell, not as a threat but as a promise? HELP

do the right thing bro...never try to overcome eveil with evil...you need to find out how to overcome evil with GOOD! Fighting fire with fire will only cause a bigger fire eh?

Humility is always the right recourse of action

If there is a way to get her outbursts on video camera, you'll get the kids 100% of the time. No way will any judge give the kids to a woman who is acting out in front of her baby. And with the other facts...you win. Seriously, if there is a way to hide a video camera in the house, do it. Show the judge how she reacts behind closed doors.

I get the feeling she doesn't want the kids, but she's going for joint custody to punish you. This woman is a piece of work. She is going to so regret what she is doing years down the line, but she can't see it now. You are her enemy. Its natural to deflect the blame when you are guilty, so she points the finger at YOU to ease her guilt. Once she finally sees what she's done, and it could be 20 years down the road, she'll regret everything she's done and it will be too late to make amends.

Cut your losses and let go, hard as it is, life is worth living. There is someone out there who will make your life wonderful and love your babies as her own. Good luck. :)
