I wonder how you got the picture of your sister cheating!
Still, this is an interesting question. I think most people would definitely tell their sister if their brother-in-law was cheating on her. I think that one is a no-brainer.
However, "tattling" on your sister is another issue. I'd probably talk to her to find out what is going on with her before deciding what to do. Hopefully after discussing it with her, she would agree to tell her husband herself to try to work it out.

I'm usually the kind of person to mind my own business, but in a situation like this, I'd tell the one who's being cheated on that his/her spouse was unfaithful. You never know what kind of diseases the cheater brings home to their spouse. It's better that the person knows who they're dealing with. |

If my brother in law cheated I would tell, not on my sister. but I would try to convince her to tell her husband herself. But I would probably be sooo mad that she did that to her marriage. |

No I would only mention it to the person who is cheating. you never know what is going on. How od you know the spouse of the "cheater" wasn;t the one taking the photo? Unless you know more then just a photo don't say anything. |

wow i really can't say i think i would talk to my sister, but if it was mybrother in law cheating on my sister and i had a photo i would probably show her, this is a question that makes you think, there is a double standard there. |

Nah I wouldn't tell him if I had a sister that cheated on him. However, if it was my B-I-L cheating and I had photos of this, I'd make them into cards and send them out as my own Christmas cards.

okay well i would tell my sister to tell him or i would. she needs to be honest with him and end things if she is not happy, its not your fault she is in this and its not your job to fix this, this is something that she has to do all on her own. |

i had the same problem, only it was my sisters boy friend was cheating on her , i told my sister wot he was up too and she fell out with me , its been 6 years since i spoke to her , try and talk to your sister about this , as you should be there for her, you dont know wot goes on behind the closed doors , he may have already have done that to her ,, |

I would talk to your sister and see what she is feeling and how she got to the point of cheating. I would not go to the other party and tell or show them anything, it is NOT your place to get involved to that extent, it is THEIR relashionship, not yours. |

I would confront my sister and let her choose if she wanted to tell her husband. I wouldn't tell her that she had to confess, but I would strongly suggest it.
If it was my brother-in-law cheating I would still go to him first, but I would tell him that either he can tell her, or I will. So I guess it depends on the exact situation to what I would do. No matter what, it's not an easy situation. |

Hell yes I would tell my sister if my brother-in-law was cheating on her.I would tell my sister that I have a photo of her cheating and let her handle it.Its none of your business getting involved.If she don't want to tell him, living with that guilt will kill her and the marriage. |
