Find answers to your legal question.

If you were cheated on by your Spouse and he or she......?

.....was "with" your best frind, Who do you think that you would take out your anger with MORE? Spouse or Friend?

Which of the two would you be more hurt by?

Spouse. Although I'd be hurt by both, my spouse to a vow to be monogamous with me.

I would be more angry at my spouse. You aren't married to you friend. Your spouse is the one who took vows with you and promised to forsake all others till death do you part.

Sweet Suzy 777!
The spouse, because if the spouse was not willing the cheating would never have happened.

I would take all my anger out on my friend. Preferably with a 2x4 or some other blunt object. I would be more hurt by my partner. And never even speak with them again. Thats just wrong. And has happend to me before. *tear*

spouse on both counts. but i'd still kick the s h i t outta the friend just to make things more fun.

I would be more hurt by the spouse, but best friend... wow, double whammy.... if this happened to me I won't be able to think of either of them with out feeling like going into a rage...
very deep betrayal... but I don't think that's a situation that can be reconciled.... perhaps the marriage could be saved after that, but the friendship is gone forever.

I'd take my anger out on both! Neither one should be spared my rath! LOL

I'd be hurt by both husband and best friend equally!

Klingon
Best friend. He probably lured her to do it.

R
Neither. I'd wish them well and leave like hell.

Noe F
Neither, flying off the handle is lost energy. Talk with your wife, forgive her if you still love her and want to be with her. Good luck

Augh. . .I wouldn't even bother with either of them anymore. Aren't you better then the 2 of them? Get tough and good luck!! Oh and to answer your question probably my spouse!!

lotteda717
I would be so hurt by both of them. One broke her vows, the other broke bonds.Get rid of both of them you can never trust either one again.Give your spouse to your best friend and wish them both good luck.Who needs them?

I would definitely be more angry with my spouse. I would be angry at both of them, but my spouse would deal with most of my anger. My reasoning is as follows: My friend is just that, a friend. He has made no formal or moral commitment to me, God, or anyone else. A violation of this commitment, albeit, will hurt like hell, does not compare in any way to the violation made by my wife. It is she that stood before GOD on our wedding day and took vows !!! My friend made no such commitment. Regardless of who came on to who, my wife should have definitely KNOWN better. Sometimes, your friends may betray you. Remember Peter betrayed Jesus too. Friends who betray each other were never your friend to begin with. A wife who sleeps with my friend is a adulterer. It is illegal (in some states) for people to engage in adultry. In no state in the union will my friend go to jail for sleeping with my wife. Therefore one definitely carries more weight. I would probably beat the hell out of my friend. My wife, I might have to hire O.J. ( since he gets away with ****.)

Lw's Lady
Been there know the feeling, (two can play the same game)
i have no respect for either one of them,if I ever see her again, I'll end up- in jail.As far as he's concerned he is soooo sorry, but that s..t doesn,t flush. he made a fool out of me,and a bigger one out of himself.

Wow! What an awful thing. I think I'd be more hurt by the spouse. Your spouse is the one you have trusted your heart and soul to.
I've been cheated on by my husband and it hurts terribly, but if it were with my best friend I'd just immediately boot her out of my life and not look back.

I took it out on my friend, but, the hurt was from my husband..

Guess?
I would be anger with them both because the trust was the same with the both of them.

spouse...but I'd be just as hurt by my friend.

azredheadcowgirl
This has happened to me, and it hurt me more to have to lose my 'best friend'( I use the term loosely) than my husband, but it sure did make me feel better when I confronted them and then turned them both loose. They were only together about 3 months after that and he tried to come home; and she was so very sorry, HA , I told him hell no and told her that yes, she was sorry.
It hurt though, alot, from both of them.

hamartia_death
I THINK THE FRIEND IS NOT WRONG, NOT TOTALLY WRONG BUT THE SPOUSE IS MORE , COZ SHE OR HE RAN AFTER THIS BAD RELATIONSHIP AND CHEATED THE OTHER PART WHO IS TRYING TO PLEASE HIM/HER, IT IS HORRIBLE FEELING, BUT THE FRIEND IS LESS WRONG, PUT YOURSELF IN HIS/HER PLACE, SOMEONE COME TO YOU OFFER SUCH A RELATIONSHIP OR DIDN'T REFUSE WHEN YOU ASK , DIDN'T SAY " SORRY IAM MARRIED" BUT HE/SHE AGREED AND DID IT.
SO WHO IS WRONG?

Epona Willow
That's a tough one. In actuality the "best friend" was no friend at all. So I would cut that person completely out of my life.
Many marriages survive infidelity.

I am not sure to be honest. Obviously neither one of them is a very good person to have in your life. A husband takes a vow to be true to you as long as you both shall live, so he is more in the wrong, if i had to choose.

This is a hard one, but I must say that I would be equally devastated. I'd kick both of their a**es. :-)

Without a doubt would be far more upset and hurt by my spouse,,, And with a supposedly "Best Friend " who cheats with your spouse, you sure don't need any enemies,,, The spouse seems to be about as low as they can get,,, Get rid of them now !!!! Once a cheater always a cheater,,,
