You should respect the privacy of the husband and not open it; however, that does not mean you cannot hand it UN-opened to him over the kitchen table while saying, "This came for you today."

I would NOT open it, but would fully expect him to open it himself in front of me. We open the rest of our mail in front of each other. If he refused, then there would be trouble. If it's innocent, there should be nothing to hide.

it would drive me crazy not knowing but i wouldnt open it either i would trust him to tell me who it was from

It's your HUSBAND, why is he getting anything from another woman in the mail? Show it to him, make him open it up in front of you. He has no right to say no to that. That way it doesn't make you look crazy for just opening his mail

Why don't you just ask him who it is from and see what he says. Don't jump to conclusions or things will get pretty nasty up in there.

As i do with all his cards, I would hand it to him and tell him it arrived today.... But, I have one question... Why would he get on in the middle of December?! That one I MAY just have to open... only because there would be trouble to be getting one 2 months early...

There is no one in this world who has the right to send MY husband a valentines day card. Privacy ??? I think he gave up his right of receiving valentine cards from anyone else the day he said "I do" :)

Respect his privacy. Don't tell him that you know he got one though - wait and see if he tells you he recieved on and tells you who it's from. If he doesn't tell you than you probably can't trust him.
