Honey, I'm going to tell you straight up...
A liar is a liar is a liar.
You will have a life of pain & heartache.
Get out, Sweetie.

Why are you calling this an illness?
It is manipulation to get what she wants.
People don't change what works for them.
What is the consequence for the lies?
No consequence, no change.

It's not an 'illness', it is a 'behavioural' (or at worst, a psychological) problem.

People (make and female) lie for a reason, and at the bottom of their reason lies the 'I don't want to be uncovered for what I really am'.

As the first answer explained, she is not going to change until she wants to change, and that will only come about because what the payoff in not lying as greater than what the payoff is in her lying.

Apart from you finding her a counsellor / therapist to help her ~ and then only if she agrees to go do the work needed on herself, will you likely be able to do her any good.

I wish you luck.
Sash.

I have seen a number of liars, and I haven't seen any of them that changed their ways. Not a single one.

Statistics are against you, so, if I were you, I'd run away as far and as fast as I can. If you stay with her, chances are that she will keep doing what she did until now.

Liar's cannot be cured ,they do not want to be cured, be very care full nothing is worse than distrust in a relationship...you will hurt yourself with the doubt always in your mind...Sorry

One word lv NO the rest is up to you.

Enigma
Liars do not cure. She is obviously insecure in some way. You could try to find out what has made her that way. She is trying to prove something all the time that is why she tells porkies.

Just Surfin
Only if she wants to change and is willing to get professional help to do so.

If she's not willing to change, then there's nothing you can to do change her. =/
