To me that is cheating. When you sleep with anyone else, no matter if your spouse is ok with it or not, then that is cheating. |

Well, it's better in the sense that it is consensual and cheating is not. However, both are gross and really do you actually want your husband or wife sleeping with someone else? |

If the couple agrees to it and enjoys it then good for them. At least they can be open and honest about it unlike spouses who cheat. Its not my place to judge anyone but I would much rather be in a relationship where I know exactly what's going on and not worry about my husband lying and sneaking around doing god only knows what. |

Good Luck convincing yourself that swinging is not like cheating or having an affair... It may be exciting at first but, no matter how "modern" you think you are and that everyone says they are 100% ok with it, feelings can change on a dime. When the jealousy, anger, and hurt comes into play and everyone's true colors show up. Look out!..It can open up a whole can of worms, so to speak. You may think you can handle it, that's it's no big deal, etc.. If you were all friends to start with, you may not be when you cross this line. If you are married, you can't take it back.. Come to think of it.... Cheating or having an affair is a much better choice... Good Luck! |
