Is a Muslim Woman Allowed To Remarry?

My sister is 39 years old. She has two children. She married her first husband at the age of 24 and he was killed when she was just 34. A man who is in his late 40's, a millionaire wants to marry her. She feels awfully lonely. She said she would marry the man but she is unsure if her ties with her first husband will be broken. She visits his grave almost every other week. And in Islam, will her relationship be become like those forbidden relationships with her first husband or what?

oh my oh my... of course your sister is allowed to remarry. i've studied a lot about islamic law and women are definitely allowed to marry. in fact this was a very common practise at the time of the prophet (widowers were actually encouraged to marry again). in islam the bonds of marriage end with death like in christianity. she is a widow now, with no bonds or obligations to her deceased husband. it is not like hinduism where a woman is still married to her deceased husband. in fact in hinduism the wife is encouraged to commit suicide at the event of her husband's death.

another thing, according to islam, visiting graves is discouraged precisely because they do not want people (women and men) from stopping living their own lives after the death of beloved. in other religions (like buddhism) it's quite different. it is an act of betrayal if you do not visit the grave of a loved one regularly. so if she's going to the grave because she thinks that is what is islamic, then she can stop going because if anything it's unislamic.

A muslim women is definitly allowed to marry

after a divorce

or

if the first husband dies

or

an annulment of the marriage.

So yeah she can remarry.

if awidow remarriage so after the day of judgement in paradise she will live with first husband or second or she can choose any one please give answer according to quran and sunnah.
