Is a little bit of[physical beatings]abuse in a marriage relationship [NORMAL] in the first yrs of marriage???

I guess it takes time for a MAN to adjust to a WOMAN differences in the first years of marriage. Don't quite know it this is truely accurate. Thanks everyone! Additional Details I know lots of happily married couples, who been married for about 10, 15, 20 yrs or so of marriage time together that have gone thru just a little bit of physical abuse for example like a whole week [7] days of beatings on the wife and they are both still together very happily married together. I guess so spouse's never give up on true love. thanks everyone!

Uhm, violence in a relationship is never okay.
EVER!
You need to either get therapy or get out of the relationship.
Honestly, talk to someone close to you, let them know what's going on.
CALL THE POLICE!

Yeah as others have said… physical abuse is illegal, and definitely not normal or socially acceptable. I won't stand up for any man who beats his wife, it shows they're a complete coward and can't even treat those who are closest to them with respect.
In my view there's too many blokes out there who use physical and verbal threats to control women. It's wrong, nobody should have to endure it. |

definately not! for me marriage is about being a team. my husband used to like to hit the wall and things till i went absolutely nuts at him coz i couldn't stand even that sort of aggression.
ask yourself if you're happy.
try talking to him.
good luck |

No it's not normal my ex use to beat on me after i divorced him he stalked me for almost 2 years until i found my now husband guess who took the beating then my husband toyed with my ex at a event that had about 12000 people there it was comical to watch needless to say they carried my ex out on a stretcher lmao.. Men who lay hands on women aren't tough they are cowards and wimps I'm laughing now about the beating he got and that was 16 years ago i kicked him in the ribs then laugh..
To all the wife beaters out there Karma will get you in the end LOL |

ABSOLUTELY NOT! I'm sure it's hard to accept the fact that you're being abused, because this is a person that you love. But nobody deserves to be abused, let alone a woman being hurt by her own husband. A man that can't respect you does not deserve to have you. And if this is happening early in the marriage, don't expect it to cange if you're allowing it. It sounds as if you're trying to justify his behavior because you don't want this relationship to end. But think of it this way, what would you say if your mother or best friend came to you with the same question? Abuse in any form is not normal. There's a ton of resources out there for women in your situation...please seek some council towards the best decision for yourself. No man is worth tolerating abuse for. Love yourself. |
