does affect our marriage? is living next to his parents and working with them will affect our life together. does money and business ruin the family union?

It'll be fine if they are all clear to respect boundaries. Boundaries need to be set and abided by consistently.

lots of families work together in the family business, but living next to each other will add lots of extra stress...too much togetherness for my taste.

ALL of the things you mention will make it very difficult to have a successful *independent* adult relationship/marriage.
Try to strike out on your own as a couple, Honey. The more things you accomplish just THE TWO OF YOU the more you'll feel your bond growing.
