Why bother with the living with a person part? If you have both lost interest in each other to the extent that you are both having affairs maybe you have come to the end of the road and it is just time to end it! Seriously if you are both doing it then what is the real point in being together?
Also if you judge your own behaviour by comparison to those who do wrong you will always SEEM acceptable. Unless you are in an agreed open relationship then having an affair is wrong... Just because one party does it doesn't mean the other person is permitted to. Seeking payback is an ever decreasing circle and gets you no where! |

Get a grip or get out of that marriage....I mean what would be the point of having an affair to try to hurt the other spouse back...what if you get the other woman pregnant.. It will never avenge the hurt you felt when you found out about the affair done on you.......so keep that in mind |

No way! That's an absolutley insane question to ask. Surely you have heard the expression, if everyone jumped off a bridge would you to? It certainly applys to your situation. Overall, the answer is found within your values. Do you value the idea of monogamy (sticking with one person) ? As far as my own values are conserned, you should not be living with that person if they're having an affair, and just because they're stupid enough to have one.. it doesn't mean you'll look any less like an idiot if you do. |
