Is it illegal to have a contract abortion?
There is a woman right now that really wants to sleep with me and I want to with her but there is NO WAY IN HELL im going to risk getting her pregnant because she is just one of those girls that are attracted to societal status, wealth, and again wealth. I was wondering if she signed a contract saying that if she were to get pregnant from sleeping with me, she would abort, would such a contract hold in a court of law?

Abortion is legal, but you cannot force a woman to end a pregnancy, even if you know you are the father... and you may indeed know that, but you couldn't prove it unless she were willing to submit to an interuterine DNA sample, and she doesn't have to.

So, I'd suggest to find another lady who is interested in you, and a relationship with you, but doesn't wish children even if you were Rockefeller.

I don't think you can mandate her choice by any contract, just as you could not force her into mandatory maternity if your wish was reversed.

I suggest you faithfully practice the Voegeli wet heat method of male contraception and then do as you and she agree upon without the worry.
