I want to sleep for 2 hours only day and night in the coming 10 days. Is that ok and did any of you have done that? I have a lot of work to do and that is the main reason.

You will need to take several doses of chin-nuts in order to stay awake. Not any DOLT can supply them to you. Make sure they are quality and provide a high dosage. |

I went months only getting 3-4 hours of sleep each night. It will progressively make you feel weaker, mentally and physically.
I think you could do this without terrible side effects for 10 days. It's obviously ideal to practice strict time management so that you can maximize your time and get enough sleep. I once read that your brain is making and repairing synapses/connections while you sleep. Losing sleep can, therefore, impair optimal brain functioning, and that's never good.

I'm sure it's possible but it's not something you really want to do. Sleep is how the body recharges. Two hours is not enough time in the REM stage of sleep to get the full rest you need.
You might think you will be able to get all this work done by cutting out sleep, but a sleep deprived human does not function normally. They can't concentrate. You might be able to get things done, but they won't be done well at all. |

No that is not possible! there have been so many sleep studies on human subject and found out that you can do the minimum on four hours of sleep up to a week. after that you need more than eight hours to recover. if you do less than four hour it will cause your body to shut down, mental you will space out as if you're on LSD. physically you wouldn't be able to grip thing tight enough to hold on too. |

Read about the effects of sleep deprivation. You can truly harm your body doing to much of this. Your blood sugar will start to go to high or too low. And your productivity at work will get much lower per hour, you will make mistakes. |
