I think its an awesome thing to save yourself. I didn't quite make it, but I wish I had. It would make your relationship with your husband that much closer. |

Don't listen to Fergie. She is just upset that she gave it away to anyone who asked.
My wife and I waited and very very glad we did. We have been married 24 years (in Sept), have 4 kids, and both of us are health and happy. Trust me, waiting will be the best choice you could make. |

Its a great thing, I'm currently saving myself for marriage as well. I want to know the feeling on my wedding night that the man who just stood before God, family, friends, and country and promised to keep me for the rest of my life, is the only man I will ever give myself too. I want that more than I want anything in the world and if this is something you want as well don't let anyone talk you out of it. There's nothing wrong with waiting and don't listen to the horrible advice that you should sleep around to experience the world". What's a better experience than learning the art of intimacy with the man you love? |

That is a personal choice.
But don't have any babies outside of your marriage, and for sure, don't have any of those until you and your husband know each other very well..... 5 years or so.
And realize that a guy really isn't dad material until he's about 30.

Actually you do have a choice. Parents can't enforce that kind of promise. However, if that is your personal choice, there is nothing at all in the world wrong with it. People have been doing it for centuries, even though in recent years people are too shallow and impatient to forego a test drive before marrying. |
