Is my husband gettig bigger?

He has gone up 2 sizes since we are together. I keep telling him to stop eating crap, and exercise, becasue buying bigger clothes is not the solution, and he shouldn't be doing that, he should make sure he fits in the size he's got. He says that I shrink his clothes. I do his laundry with mine, mine never shrank. Do you think he is getting bigger?
Additional Details
I am over 40 and have been the same size since high school, and I don't buy junk food, or eat, and exercise. I cannot control what he buys and eats when I am not with him.

Try to get him to exercise with you. Tell him that you're worried about his health and you want him to be around for a long time.

If that doesn't work, you could just tell him that he is fat and that you aren't attracted to him anymore. He needs to get back into his old pants.

mine did the same thing but he has started working out more and getting a smaller waist but still has his big tummy that I LOVE holding onto at night :)

he needs to exercise and stop eating junk.
tell him that you want him to be around later in life, you don't want
to have to worry about him having heart attacks.
its easy to put on but taking it off later will be harder.
stop buying junk food and start buying healthier food.

A guy's clothes falls in to pretty regular sizes, like M, L, XL and so on. In waist sizes it all starts in the high twenties, and moves through the 40s and after that serious weight lost needs to occur if past the middle of that number. I like you have stuck around the high school sizes and shrinking is done on most clothes before purchase. (Not all however, as some foreign markets don't do a good job on that situation) I think some exercise and watching foods to eat is good guideline to keep trim before it becomes a bigger project. He is approaching that predicament.....
