Is there any problem if a boy marries a girl 4 months older than him?

Yes, it is true that most of the people believe that the girl should be younger to the boy. And it is a scientifically fact that the girl`s Harmon's change more earlier than the boy, which may cause some problems in their peaceful life. That`s why the peoples believe that the girl should be younger to the boy.
As regard the 4 months older than the boy. there is no problem at all but the age of the boy must be considered before allowing the same. He should not be above 40.

4 months is nothing in a life time. Age shouldn't matter. What your referring to is a gender role. It usually is that way because a guy won't hurt his ego if he gets with a younger woman. In fact it will increase it. There should be other factors to determine if you want to marry someone and age should not be one of them.

Age really should not matter. Age is only a number, and since when did a number influence your feelings. It wouldn't matter if the guy or girl is 20 years younger as long as she/he acted mature. That is really the case, their maturity. Don't listen to people if they are that self absorb to age.

No. My husband is 4 yrs younger than me. I don't think age matters (as long as both people are of legal age)...it's really about the two people and their desire to make the relationship work.

There is absolutely no social, legal, moral or biological problem. Why the girl is ideally required to be younger is because in the case of females aging is faster than boys. Without identifying I pity the particular l969 born boy who has remained single till today when he recently rejected a girl who was 4 to 6 months older. 0ne of my close friend is married to a lady who is said to be 2 years older, and he has not faced any problem till today even after more than 40 years of wedded life.

what is 4 months older...???? if you love someone age should not be an issue (as long as it's legal). younger girls for the boys....i think is an old wives tale.......would like to know the reason though......i know lots of people who have married older women....(they seem happy)....
