Ive been cheated on but never dreamed i would do it!?

Ive been in a relationship for a year and 5 months its great it really truly is.. i slipped up though i went out drinking with some friends for another friends 21st b-day so i needed a ride home though at the end of the night. (every one was passed out) So i called a friend to get me we parked somewhere i dont know and didnt bang but did everything else you could imagine. It was wrong i should go to hell .... i know this. However im sure this doesnt matter but on the other hand it wast just some bimbo. Honestly though i do love my girlfreind more than anyone ive met and its so sad i made that mistake so very sad. Im thinking about not telling her and take it to my grave :) but another part of me has this cold icy feeling in the pit of my stomache the feeling of true honest guilt. I dont know im so lost right now what should i do and if i did tell her how can i get her to forgive me and take me back?

I wouldn't tell her. If what you say is true, that it was a mistake and you would never do it again, then why put her through the pain to ease your conscious. If I were you, I'd take it to the grave. Tell no one. Not even your best friends. I'm only saying this because you said that it was a mistake and you'd never do it again. I am probably going to be slammed for telling you this but that's just how I feel about it. Forget about it and move on and appreciate what you have.

Personally I believe that you should tell her, some situations like this happen for a reason. You learn life lessons. If you decide to tell her put yourself in her shoes think about how she feels and how the trust is broken. Yes the relationship may end but life has its lessons and hard parts and unfortunately we have to take them. I hope that I helped and I hope whatever decision you choose to make turns out well.

Tell her and give her the chance to decide if she wants to spend any more of her life with you. If you don't tell her you are wasting her time and you don't really care about her. SHE DESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE WHETHER OR NOT SHE WANTS TO STAY WITH YOU.

Telling her is the one thing u can do to make it right. Otherwise your relationship is doomed and u are wasting ur time and hers.

Wow....that is quite the toughie there, buddy. But it looks like you really want to tell her and I think that would be the best thing to do. Tell her the truth and tell her that it was a mistake, that you didn't mean it, but it just happened.

However, answer me this: Why not just call your girlfriend to go pick you up? Why a female friend? Or why not a male friend?

If you tell her, if she is smart she will move on. I would not even consider staying with someone who can't be faithful. It is better to find this out now before you are married.

This is what dating is for - to find out about the person we are with. You need to tell her so that she has all of the information.

You are not married, so do not get married until you grow up a little more and can stay committed. If you want to play around, don't get married.

You need to tell her. A very similar situation happened to my best friend. She ended up finding out from a mutual friend. That was much harder than him telling her. You need to tell her the truth. Whoever said that you don't really love her is an idiot. My friends are Truly deeply in love. Mistakes happen. But if you come clean with her and not let her find out from somebody else it could be a little easier. Expect her to be upset of course! Let her do what she needs to do. If she needs to take time apart or something, give her her space. Just make sure she knows that it will never happen again and that you really do love her. Good luck. I don't think you should tell if she can't handle it. Or if you think she will forgive you and move on then tell her. If you really love her don't do it again.

Never mention it, or even think about it again. Learn your lesson, and do not repeat the mistake. If you tell her, you will destroy the relationship.
