im 15 weeks pregnant this week and my husband is gonna miss my ultrasound and appts..and that kills me

im 2000 miles from any of my family or freinds and we don't have the money for me to go home until he comes back!!

does anyone have any ideas on how to handle this ..does anyone have time for me to vent to them ..lol..i just moved out here and really have no friends at all here ...i just really am at a loss at how im gonna get by..

I feel for you. Hopefully his stage of your pregnancy will not last long and you will be able to handle the smells of housework again. My husband is a laborer and several months of the year he has to travel for work, I had to keep the home fires burning while being pregnant. I was lucky that my family lives close but have you considered joining a church or club? Maybe even like a Yoga class for pregnant woman? It would give you a chance to meet new friends and not be alone at home so much.

Sounds like a lot of hormones. When my husband is gone we do a lot of emailing, text, and phone calls when we can. It's not the same as being together, but it works.
If you need to vent, start a blog, or a journal. It will help you sort through all you thoughts and feelings. Is there any way to find a person near you that you can go to lunch with, talk to? You need all the support you can get.

Take it one day at a time and think the next day will always be better. Speak to your doctor about the emotional problems you are going through. You need to be strong for your unborn child. There should be people with housing assistant in your county who can help with your bills. Reach out to anyone you can. Talk to your family through emails if possible.

If you need to chat, let me know. I'm going through a similar thing with my husband.

Take care of yourself!

You can e-mail your family and your friends back home, right? Spend the time focusing on you and your baby. You can do this alone, I promise. Don't look at the big picture of being alone for two months - instead, take it day by day and focus on how you want it to be when he comes home. Get crafty - learn to make something to sell online. This will occupy your time and make some extra money!

have you tried going to local church? they can be a great support. find out where the food banks are.

You need to reach out. You need to introduce yourself to your neighbors.Go for walks to destress and get out of the house. I too am 1,050 miles away from family, have two children, divorced and cannot afford to get back to be with my parents/aunts/uncles, etc. It's not easy but it will work out ok. Take up a hobby. Make something for your husband. Take pictures. Anything to keep busy.

All I can say to you is get to a local doctor/nurse and see what resources they can provide for you. There are always people in the community who can help you in this time. I have to say, I am glad at least you are reaching our for help. You are not alone, all of us who have experienced pregnancy can relate, believe me. Get to a Doctor or health professional or phone the local crisis line to see who is in your area who can at least listen to you and provide advice. Sounds like you are going through a difficult pregnancy, there are simple diet, supplements that can help you get through this period. Also, phone home and see if you can go home with family for a while.

Good question....
I have a son from a previous relationship..that keeps me going...

My husband and I have been married for 2 months, and im almost 6 months pregnant, I have no choice but to get up and do things, or NOTHING will get done.

My best suggestion: You are going to have to toughen up a little bit, because you have a baby on the way, and you have to be stronger than what you are saying here, for your baby whenever he/she comes.

Well I would start by getting at least a part time job...and stop paying someone to help out around the house...get off your duff and do this yourself...I've had three kids and no one helped me and I worked 40 hours a week during all three pregnancies...

YOU CAN DO THIS...stop feeling sorry for yourself...this is a natural course of life's events
