I wear pants ( black jeans) to work, and I wear,skirts and dress on a dates but I never show my panties to guys it is my principle. I wear bikinis on the beach and swimming pools because I am comfortable with my skin. "" We allow You .....? Pardon me! It is no bodys business to dictate anyone '''what is allowed or not allowed to wear. Who cares if guys prefer dresses? What matters is what I prefer,it is my money that I spend . |

YOU allow us to wear dresses?!?!?! I wear what I want to wear and don't need anyone's permission. it's guys like you that really tick me off! I wear pants a lot because they're more practical. I'm constanly on the go and it's easier to just slip on a pir of pants than worry about wearing a dress or skirt. Also, I'm active. I do a lot outside and it doesn't make sense to wear skirts or dresses when you're doing dirty work. "So what if your painties show once in a while"? Oh, you're one of those? Most girls don't like to show the general public their panties, sorry to tell you. |

I am A woman, and I love dresses and skirts and when I don't wear one or the other, my husband let me know that men DO lprefer dresses! I do wear jeans and t-shirts on occasion! |

I wear pants because they are more comfortable than dresses (my opinion, every woman's is different).
But if men prefer dresses, then by all means, they should go ahead and wear them- I'd def allow you to do that ;) |

I cant speak for all women but in my life it is more comfortable and practical to wear pants. I spend my day cleaning house, changing diapers, and chasing my twins. Also how would you know that dresses are more comfortable? When you wear a dress you have pantyhose, high heels and again in my case two kids trying to hide under your skirt. |

If you like dresses so much, YOU wear them. My husband ALLOWS me to dress how I'm comfortable. Come into the 21st century. By the way, some of us actually have a little class and keep our panties covered and don't show everything we have to the neanderthals of this world.

1) I always wear dresses or skirts, always below the knee, for reasons of modesty. If a skirt shows my underwear, it is unsuitable to be worn, EVER. If you wear appropriately modest skirts, you can do anything you would do in pants and never show your underwear.
2) Nobody "allows" me to wear skirts; I choose to wear them because they are more comfortable, more professional, more flattering, and more modest than pants.
3) My husband does not prefer skirts. He HATES the way I look in pants, but he would rather think I look awful than have me wear a skirt, because skirts are "old-fashioned" and "normal people" wear pants. I don't understand that, but I'm sticking to skirts. :) |

Trousers are much more comfortable and practical than skirts. If you believe that skirts are more comfortable, i suggest that you try wearing one and see how you like it. Also they are damned draughty when it is cold.
I do wear dresses sometimes in warm weather, but we don't get a lot of that in the UK, certainly not last summer (this global warming we keep hearing about isn't working very well here), so it's mostly trousers for me. My husband does like skirts, but he is quite keen on the house being kept clean and tidy, and the children not allowed to run amuck, and I need to feel comfortable if i am going to do that. he doesn't midn trousers so long as they are tight and he can get his hand inside them easily, Lycra makes these things possible.
And I don't wear make-up either. |

You are sadly mistaken if you think women are more comfortable in dresses and skirts rather than pants.
Pants mean no pantyhose, no heels, and no drafts. I live in the frigid north and it is much too cold at -22 F to have on a dress where that frigid air is blowing up around my private parts.
Pants are comfortable, allow us to wear more casual shoes and hosiery, and very easy to move around in. It is our hope that the men in our lives are attracted to more than our legs and attractive underthings.

I wear dresses and skirts (without the panty show and tell) and get tons of compliments all day long. I think women have gone away from that because in many work places it is frowned upon. I have had a few business jobs that let you wear them but made sure to let you know that they preferred pants as a "professional look". I think a professional skirt suit is just as nice but unfortunately many business men think otherwise. |
