They would be more realistic. However, saying that would take the commitment out of the marriage! Saying you WILL love the person forever is better than "I probably won't love you forever, dearie, but will try to anyway."

nope I do works just fine for me and my husband. there are certain people maybe like you who are asking this question who should say I'll try. why does someone have to be a home wrecker? why can't you just have balls enough to end the relationship if your not happy? and to those of you who like to sleep with married men or women because you get a kick out of it get a life. Some people deserve happiness and when others mess it up it isn't fair and yes I know it takes two to tango.
