Yes, the way he speaks to me impacts me wanting him--probably more than anything else.
Sharing in chores is appreciated, but I don't really think it factors into desire. I guess it might start to if he slugged around all day and I had to do everything, but he does his stuff (yard work, etc...), and I do mine.
Taking me out to eat does not necessarily factor in. It is nice to get away and out of the normal environment, but this could just as easily be a walk in the park as dining out.
Touching me is sometimes a prelude, a shoulder, back, or foot rub almost always includes a happy ending, so I guess that's a yes.
