There's NOTHING they can do against you, as you're not involved w/their marriage. I do NOT know tho IF something could happen to him, execpt the fact they sure could prove adultery on him tho, which would just be the "reason" stated on the divorce. But as far as "doing anything", I don't know what they could do or what reason they would have to even do anything. But, you ARE in the clear nonetheless..Best to you...:) |

Depending on the state, yes, you can civilly be sued for "alienation of affection", because you basically, "stole" or "pulled" her husband's away from her, their marriage, and/or their children.
"Emotional abandonment" is another charge, depending on the state.

What sort of trouble? Trouble with the law as in involving the police, not at all. Trouble as in any kind of legal trouble, not at all. He knew he was married so all the trouble would fall on him naturally. Most states are no fault states anyway, so it doesn't matter, nor does the court require any proof of "wrongdoing" before granting a divorce. |

Not unless you are married to someone else. Adultery is when a married person has a relationship with someone who is not his/her spouse. |

That is only a matter for the court in the case if she was to file for divorce, the wife can somehow prove he had an affair and had a baby with another woman, Adultry is more of a Biblical law and not a law where you can be arrested,, at least not in the United States. And now many states show cause for divorce as "Irreconcilable differences" and leave it at that, meaning they cant get along with each other,

No. Divorces are what the legal world calls "no fault". The ex could state grounds for divorce as adultery. But as far as you getting into trouble because you had a relationship with her husband is a no-go. |
