i have good through your query . Firstly She has to embrace islam secondly she has to take an affidavit making effect to her conversion thirdly with the affidavit she has to approach to the local gazi office or any other statutorily recognised office by the state government to issue relegious conversion certificate fourthly with the certificate she has to apply to the local government press office to publish in the official gazzette.now her conversion will become legal and complete. i want to say that first u have to agree ur family for the marriage. if they allow then u can marry . every man have freedom to marry any caste,religion girl. if think there is no any legal procedure . when the boy marry a girl automatically her caste converted in to boy caste. |
