She sold a truck to another friend because she had debt so she sold the truck to him so she can pay off some of the bills.
1. Even if he didn't get the truck in his name is it still his?
2. He didn't title the truck because her husband has hiden it (he knows the truck is not in his name), what charges can he charge him? He let her husband borrow it to move his stuff out and hasn't returned it.
3.They are going uncontested and it is in there that the truck will be signed over to him. Will he have to sign it over to her husband when the divorce is finalized? (remind he hasn't got the title in his name).
He bought it the first of Apirl, before they actualy filled the divorce. And the title says his name AND/OR her name. and she signed it over to him and the police said she could and had the rights to do it. He was just wondering if he had to sign it over to him beens it in his name, but he didn't go and get it in his name, so would he have to go and title it in his name so he don't have to sign it over to him. I am asking for him cuz he is on a business trip and wont be back until after the devorce is done. So will he have to sign it over to him when he gets back? oh and he has the title to it he just hasn't went to the DMV and title it in his name. She sold it to him the 1st of Apirl and they are just know getting the divorce. And he dont want to sign it over to him, he wants to know if he has to sign the title to him. The title is in his name but he hasn't went to the DVM to get it fully in his name. So does he have to sign it over to him?

For most matters, if they can come to a mutual agreement it ought to be binding. Otherwise they need lawyers.
For example, I don't think something like this would fly for the house.
