In my divorces papers it says I have to pay $450 which includes med ins. for child support. I have been paying $450 plus med ins. What should I do in this case?

Well I looked into this recently and found that my husband's kids' ins is only $100 a month. He's trying to get a cs modification because his earnings are down $13k a year.
First, I'd look into how much you pay for medical. It should have been considered when cs was set, but I guess it could be wrong.You can file a modification without an attorney. Call the County Clerk in your area and ask exactly how. Good luck. |
