2) Address your husband directly. Discuss this with him - basically you two options: have him move out now and get divorced or have him life with you while you divorce.
3) Figure out who gets the house and how to explain it to the kids.

Get tested for HIV, and other STDs right away. Your husband will have to pay for child support at least....if you are not working, he may also be ordered to pay for alimony.

Nobody should stay with a cheat for the sake of their children. If there is bad feeling in the house (which i am pressuming there is) then the children--- however small--- will pick up upon it! I think you know what you're gut feeling is.You deserve better. So much better. What would his children think of him as they grow up?! Think of yourself as well. You can do so much better and be so much happier. A split should always be the last option but you can only forgive and forget so many times. |

Get rid of him and fast- get tested for all STD's including AIDS/HIV and divorce him and file for sole custody because a man like that sure isn't responsible enough to take care of little children.
