You can't keep something like this from your husband. The key to a healthy relationship is openness and communication. Tell him how you're feeling about the situation, that you're having second thoughts about it, and that you would feel really insecure to have to watch him get intimate with another girl. If he loves you and respects you, he'll let it go. If he doesn't, then dump him fast... because honestly, the guy sounds like a creep to me.
