My husband's Father cheated on his wife. . . could I have the same fate?
|
I know my husband is not cheating and not suspecting he is, but I admit I worry from time to time over this issue. Do you think there may be a possibility that my husband will cheat on me at some point because of what his Father did to his Mother? I've been wondering about this when we first started dating and we are obviously married now and it's still on my mind. Any stories or anything? I'm sure I have nothing to worry about, but thought I'd ask! Thanks for the help!

my first husband cheated because his role model father was a cheater. but my husband now his father also was a cheater, but he grew up seeing it first hand and the devastation it brought on the family, and he has never cheated on anyone. so it could go either way. |

Two possibilities:
1. He will cheat because this is the role model he had growing up.
2. He will not cheat because he saw how much hurt it did to his mother and swears not to repeat the same to his wife and kids. |

he might not take after his dad he might be like his mother take after her side of the family or may have a different personality |

No, I do the opposite of my father. I realize a ho is a ho and treat them as such. Dad used to run away with women, and eventually did for good. I'd never leave the family for side action, no matter how good it seemed. |

As long as your marriage remains a team collaboration, with individual growth and partnership a priority then you have nothing to worry about. |

Yes, your husband will cheat on you if you spend your time suspecting him instead of using your time building a solid foundation in your marriage. |

look... if there is no reason for u to worry about him cheating then dont.. because with you worring over things that his mother and father are going through then u are messing up your relationship with him. trust me its not worth worring over someone else's relationship just focus on urz.. and if it ever comes to the point where u think he is cheating dont go jumping to conclusions because the truth will *** out eventually. |

im the boss : )

not necessarily!
maybe he will be smart and see how much it hurt his mother and wont want to do that to his wife.
but everyone is different, you never know. if hes going to he will, it wont be because his dad did the same..... |
