well, when we got stationed at this infantry division, they gave my husband a rundown of all the domestic violence that goes on here. stories included: guy goes to iraq, comes back, wife is pregnant, baby comes out a different color, guy pushes wife & baby out 3rd story window. another good one was guy beating wife to death with his helmet. troll

Call the authorities. Run. Whatever it takes. What you did may have been wrong but it is still totally psycho for anyone to be talking like this to anyone. Stay away from him....
I posted this before I saw the other responses. If this is a joke, it's really not funny. If someone in a similar situation is reading this, please take the advice above.

First, PRAY.
Second, warn the father.
You should take the matter seriously.
Your husband trusted you and not only did you betray his trust but did so while he was in a war zone.
He may have lashed out at you in anger but didn't really mean it.
But you don't know that for sure.
He is hurt, mad, probably has nothing to do but stew over this on his down time.
You should know him well enough to know how he will react. Is he the type who gets mean, gets even, does he get drunk, when mad does he fight etc?.
I strongly suggest you contact your base support group immediately and tell them the situation and that he threatened you. [ I made the assumption he was in the military and not a civilian contract employee in Iraq. ]
Do not delay.
The military needs to know ASAP.
They should be able to offer you some help and guidance..
Maybe they will have someone meet with him in Iraq.

Do you even think about how horrible what you did to him was? I Imagine not but I suppose you will when you're burning in hell. What you need to do is get a psychologist, etc to help him out so he can get over the extremely selfish and evil act that you have committed towards him. You have to explain what you did to his best friends, family, and try to find him another better woman, so they can all be there for him and help stop him from making in rash decisions that he'll regret. The other woman part is key, find him another woman, because he deserves her and is definitely lost to you. Doing so will help him heal and move on. When you're done with that and your baby is born, go jump in a boiling pot of fire. At least that way your death will help prepare you for what's coming after wards.
