I believe the best thing to do is to report it to the police. If you can then tape the nasty remarks that she has been sending you and keep it as evidence. You can also sue her for harrassment and pain and distress (i watch alot of court tv)
the worst thing you can do is tell her off. If you have already told her to stop and she doesnt then you should let the athorities do what they have to. What if she inturn said that you started the harassment and gives some bogus excuse? |

no it won't solve anything. civilly tell her to leave you guys alone; if that doesn't work get a restraining order on her, or just don't pick up when you see her number. by telling her off you'll just be adding fuel to the fire. |

It's very easy, get a restraining order.
No point blocking her number as these types of people will only call from a private number/pay as you go phone/call box, etc.
Even if there are kids, sure you can get a restraining order, I've seen it happen before. Kids are no excuse for one parent to harass the other.
And as someone suggested, tell her off when she calls you, cos if you contact HER, she might turn around and cry harassment on YOU!
EDIT: I agree with Ebony 316 - my ex tried to turn his harassment of me, onto me, and I was really scared for a while. Nothing happened cos he had NOTHING on me, whereas I have kept all his stalkerish texts and emails, but there's nothing like a false accusation or the threat of one, to shake up your life! |

No, always be a lady. Change your number or check caller ID and don't answer it when she calls. If it is an emergency with the kids she can leave a message. You may talk to your local police department and ask them what you can do to stop her legally. But please as aggravating as it is, always be a lady. |
